my name is Dora

I'm excited to meet you! As a Pilates instructor I am passionate about improving lives through movement. Through my own health challenges I understood the transformative power of regular, therapeutical movement and Pilates is an outstanding tool for that.  But even just facing our modern sedentary lifestyle's impacts, I believe in Pilates for strength, flexibility, and control over our bodies and ultimately, our lives and decisions. My aim is to offer welcoming, empowering classes that promote growth and balance, making each session fun and motivational. I look forward to supporting your Pilates journey!
